Student support

Support that helps you take part fully.

Learners bring different experiences, responsibilities and ways of learning. Educere’s support begins with listening, clear expectations and a practical plan.

01

Academic support

Programme guidance, regular feedback and help understanding the next academic priority.

02

Study organisation

Support to develop time management, independent learning and productive study routines.

03

English confidence

Guidance on participating, asking questions and using feedback in an English-medium learning environment.

04

Practical orientation

Clear information about scheduled attendance, the Swansea teaching centre and whom to contact.

A practical conversation

Support begins by understanding what helps you participate.

Questions about study routines, access and practical participation are considered in relation to your programme and the Swansea teaching location.

Access and inclusion

Tell us what would help you participate.

If you have an accessibility requirement or a barrier that may affect your study, contact us before accepting a place. We will discuss practical, reasonable support in relation to the programme and teaching location.

Do not include health or disability information in the initial application form. Admissions will explain a more appropriate route if that information is needed.

Wellbeing

Know the boundaries of educational support.

Educere can listen, discuss study pressures and help identify an appropriate next step. It is not an emergency, medical or counselling service.
