Complaints

How to tell Educere about a concern, ask for a formal review and receive a clear response.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

Status

Named complaint owners, review roles and final response deadlines must be approved before production launch.

1. Start with the person who can help

For a routine question or immediate study concern, speak with the relevant Educere contact or email info@educere.uk.com. Many issues can be resolved quickly when the practical outcome you need is clear.

2. Make a formal complaint

If the concern is serious, unresolved or you want a formal response, write “Formal complaint” in the subject line. Include your name and reference if you have one, what happened, relevant dates, steps already taken and the outcome you are seeking.

Do not email passports, medical records or other sensitive documents unless Educere has first confirmed an approved secure route.

3. Acknowledgement and review

Educere will acknowledge the complaint, identify who will review it and explain the expected response date. Where more time is reasonably required, you should receive an update and a revised date.

4. Response

The written response should summarise the issue considered, the information reviewed, the decision and any action or remedy. It should also explain whether an internal review is available.

5. Internal review

If you believe the process or decision was materially flawed, explain why and identify any important information that was missed. A person who was not responsible for the original decision should conduct the review where practicable.

6. Accessibility and support

Tell us if you need the process or response in another accessible format, or if a barrier makes it difficult to put your concern in writing.

7. Contact
