1. Our duties
We have obligations under the Equality Act 2010, including an anticipatory duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. That duty covers our teaching, assessment and support as well as this website.
2. Our standard and current position
Educere Academy is committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has been designed to those standards and is checked using automated accessibility testing tools. A full manual and assistive technology audit is scheduled, and we will publish our conformance status and any known issues once it is complete.
Last automated check: 21 August 2026.
If you encounter a barrier, please contact us. We will help you complete what you were doing and fix the underlying problem.
3. What you should be able to do
- Navigate the site using a keyboard, without becoming trapped
- See a clear and visible focus indicator
