1. Before payment
Starting an application and booking an admissions consultation are free. Educere does not take programme payment through this website.
2. If you receive an offer
A successful applicant must receive an invoice, payment instructions and the terms that explain due dates, cancellation rights, withdrawal, deferral and any circumstances in which a payment is refundable or non-refundable.
3. Do not rely on historic terms
Any older enrolment charge, deposit or “non-refundable” wording from the previous Educere website is withdrawn and does not form part of this public policy.
4. If you want to withdraw or cancel
Contact info@educere.uk.com promptly, quote your application or learner reference, and do not include sensitive identity documents. Educere will confirm the terms that apply to your offer and the information needed to review the request.
5. If Educere changes or cancels a cohort
The final contractual policy will explain notification, alternatives and any refund due when Educere cannot provide the agreed programme. Applicants must receive this information before payment.
6. Concerns
If you disagree with how a payment or cancellation matter has been handled, use the complaints process.
